ROOM RESERVATION DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS
The reservation deposit amount required for a standard reservation
is Room plus tax for the first night stay at the time of booking;
the Full Balance is charged to the credit card fourteen (14) days before
arrival. Special events require a sixty (60) day 100% full pre-payment
and are charged to the credit card.
ROOM RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICIES
All Cancellations must be given in writing. A $25 cancellation processing
fee applies to all cancellations, including early departure.
If reservations are cancelled
within fourteen (14) days of a standard reservation date, or within sixty
(60) days of a special event reservation date (events, holidays and
conventions), the charges are completely non- refundable, and will result in
100% of stay.
If reservations are cancelled between fourteen (14) and 30 (thirty) days of a standard reservation date, a refund of 50% of the stay will be provided less the $25 cancellation fee.
RATES:
Rates quoted include all taxes and surcharges. Extended-stay rates are available - please call.
High season (October 1 through June
30th - except December):

rooms 2-5: $80 for Mon-Thurs, $100 for Fri-Sun
room 1 (the Suite): $100 for Mon-Thurs, $130 for Fri-Sun
weekends may be subject to two - four nights minimum.
Low season (July 1st through September
30th, including December)

rooms 2-5: $80
room 1 (the Suite): $100
weekends may be subject to two - four nights minimum.
Special Events & Holidays

Special Event rates are subject to a three - four nights minimum.
KEY
DEPOSIT:
A refundable deposit of $25 is required on the electronic security
key fob
