REGISTRATION:
We strongly request that you call us 30 minutes prior to arrival.
This allow us to make sure someone will be present to welcome you
in, not out running an errand or otherwise indisposed.
CHECK-IN:
Check-in time is between 3pm and 7pm. Any early or late arrivals MUST
contact us to make arrangements. Late arrivals are NOT guaranteed
without prior arrangements made directly with the Arts B&B and
a $25 late fee may apply. Upon request, we can arrange for a limo
or sedan to meet you at the airport and deliver you directly to us.

AGE
RESTRICTIONS:
Guest Must be 21 years or older. A Government-issued ID and credit
card are required to check-in.
IN-HOUSE
RESTRICTIONS:
The Arts B&B is a smoke-free environment, and our no-smoking policy
is strictly enforced and monitored by ADT smoke detectors. No candles,
incense, or pets are allowed. No coffee makers or cooking is allowed
in Guest Rooms.
We Reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
